Users of the AgriBhai Field Android app can request deletion of their app account and the personal data linked to it.

How to request deletion
A dedicated deletion email address has not been published yet. Use the website contact form to send the request.

- 02Choose the option “I want to discuss the company”.
- 03Write “AgriBhai Field account deletion” in the reason field.
- 04In the message, name the app account you want deleted, using the email or phone number registered in the app.
Do not send passwords, government identification or financial details through the form.

Verification before deletion
Account ownership may need to be reasonably verified before a deletion request is completed. This protects an account from being removed by someone else.
Requests are reviewed by authorised staff at Derkic Private Limited. No turnaround time is promised on this page.

Personal account data and operational records
A deletion request covers your personal app account data: your account identity, login details and profile information held for you as a user.
Operational records created inside a farm organisation - activity records, guidance and issue history - belong to that organisation and form part of its institutional and audit history. Those records may remain with the organisation even after a personal account is removed.

Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained only where it is legitimately required for security, fraud prevention, legal or regulatory obligations, accounting, or dispute and audit purposes.
Retained information is not used to continue an active app account. A fixed retention period has not been published.
