The enquiry form may collect the conversation path you select, your name, organisation, role, email address, optional phone number, location, reason for reaching out and your message.

If you choose the farm-operations path, the form may also collect operation type, approximate scale, number of locations, current coordination method and primary challenge.

You decide how much detail to include. Everything in the message field is information you have chosen to send.

Do not submit passwords, government identification, financial information or other sensitive documents through this form.

Used to review and respond

Derkic Private Limited uses the information you submit to understand your situation, review the enquiry and, where appropriate, respond to you.

The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
No automatic acknowledgement email is sent.
Submitted information is not sold to advertisers.

Stored for authorised review

Submissions are stored in the website database. Access is restricted to authorised backend review by Derkic Private Limited.

Public website visitors cannot browse, edit or delete enquiry records through the site.

Reasonable technical controls are used to protect the information. No system connected to the internet can be described as completely risk-free.

A fixed retention period has not yet been published. Information will not be intentionally kept for longer than needed for enquiry review, follow-up and legitimate company records.

A dedicated privacy email address has not been published yet. Until it is, use the Contact page, choose “I want to discuss the company” and write “Privacy or data request” in the reason field.

Identity or enquiry details may need to be reasonably verified before a request is acted on. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate company purposes.
