Keep your sign-in details confidential and use only the account assigned to you. Do not share access, impersonate another person or attempt to bypass organisation roles and permissions.

Tell your organisation or AgriBhai promptly if you believe an account or device has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account where permitted by law.

Farm operational records created within an organisation belong to that organisation. This includes work, activity, guidance, issue, evidence and review records kept within its workspace.

Personal account information identifies or supports an individual user. Removing a personal account does not automatically remove organisation-owned operational records that the organisation legitimately needs to retain.

Use AgriBhai lawfully and for authorised agricultural or organisational purposes. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, upload unlawful or harmful material, or access data beyond your permission.

Do not use AgriBhai to infringe another person’s rights, introduce malicious code, probe security controls or disrupt other users.

Operational, agronomic, weather or other field information in AgriBhai supports work and decision-making. It is not a substitute for site-specific judgement, safety procedures or qualified professional advice.

Users and their organisations remain responsible for checking information and deciding what action is appropriate in the field.

AgriBhai, its software, branding, design and original materials are owned by or licensed to Derkic Private Limited. These terms do not transfer those rights to users.

Organisation-owned records remain the organisation’s records. Users must have the right to submit any content they add to the service.

AgriBhai may rely on third-party infrastructure and services to provide particular functions. Their availability and processing may also be governed by their applicable terms.

Reasonable efforts are made to keep AgriBhai available and secure. Uninterrupted, error-free or always-available service is not guaranteed.

Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, loss of organisational authorisation or a material breach of these terms.

An organisation may also remove a user’s access. Ending personal access does not require deletion of organisation-owned operational records.

To the extent permitted by law, Derkic Private Limited is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, AgriBhai. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.
